WATER WISDOM: 8 GLASSES A DAY
So how much water ? While several factors influence your water needs, nutritionist recommend at least eight 8-ounce glasses a day. Spread these out throughout the day, and to put water’s hunger bursting power to work, drink one or two of your glasses before each meal. Some people ask is it OK to drink ice water or does it need to be room temperature ? Well, while ice water does cause your body to burn more calories, the temperature is not that significant. Whats more important is that you drink your 8 glasses of water. Therefore if you like your water room temperature, then drink it the way you like it. And keep in mind , every time you have a glass of water your burning more calories. WATER TIP: Use check box’s and include them in your meal plan to check off each glass of water as you drink it.
