THE TAKE 3 METHOD FOR HEALTHY EATING

If we are going to change how we eat, then it starts with changing how we think.

The 3 fundamental questions are:

1, Am I hungry ?

2, Is it smart ?

3, How much do I need ?

Stop and read these 3 questions to yourself several times. Memorize them. They have a rhythm to them. Am I hungry ? Is it smart ? How much do I need ?

These are 3 questions that will change the way you think about food from this point forward. They are basic questions that you should be asking yourself every time before you put something in your mouth. And once you routinely take the 3 seconds to ask yourself these questions, you will forever after see the obvious in how these three questions change the way you eat for the better.
