JUST 3 HOURS A WEEK

Many people wanting to start an exercise program start out with the wrong conception of what constitutes  “a workout program”. Another bad misconception is the time element ” I just don’t have the time in the day”… WRONG …you can find the time and its as simple as this…You pick the days (any 3 days) and you pick the hours ( a workout can be performed at anytime of the day or night) Start moving around “even if its just in your home, you don’t need a gym” to the point of getting your heart rate up. Get this up for approximately 30 minutes, “this does not have to be high impact aerobics” to get your heart moving. This small bit will do wonders for that little muscle in our chest that give us life. Use the remainder of that 30 minutes to do some light stretching while listening to some positive affirmations tapes or videos  ” you can now find scores of them on the internet”. In just a short period of time you’ll find yourself feeling stronger with more vigor and enthusiasm to go on and face the challenges of our days .
