How hungry you are before you eat and how full you are after eating are critically important factors for controlling your weight. Waiting to long between meals to where you are extremely hungry can lead to bingeing and overeating at your next meal. Conversely , over stuffing yourself to the point that your over full can also lead to weight gain. For best results, your goal should be to keep your hunger at a happy medium.
