FITTING EXERCISE INTO YOUR SCHEDULE
Finding the time is the # 1 excuse for not exercising. So plan to exercise at a time that works best with “your” schedule, whether that is morning, lunch time or in the evening. The best time to exercise is the time that’s right for you. Make it a goal to exercise most days of the week because this is the best way to make exercise a part of your lifestyle. And remember Rule #1 short burst (10,20,30 minutes) do add up. If you are just starting out, then start out with shorter workouts and then you can increase as the weeks go on, with a goal of accumulating 180 minutes per week. Here’s just a few way to accumulate 180 minutes a week:
Six 30- minute workouts = 180 minutes
Tree 60- minute workouts = 180 minutes
Three 30- minute workouts + one 40- minute workout + one 50 minute workout = 180 minutes
