3 HOURS A WEEK…CONTINUED

Regarding my post on the 16th, even doing this small bit on your own is difficult for many many people to do, “even though they wont admit it is”. This is where a good Personal Trainer comes in to help you accomplish what you cant or wont do on your own and many of you reading this if your honest to yourself you will know this is true. There is a Boot Camp Class in Margaret Pace Park in Miami on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7pm to help you here while getting out of the house and meeting others. There is also the 1 on 1 Personal attention for your fitness done by Vivian or Myself to get you the results you want and need.
